It seems to me that this kind of page is needed, especially for the new visitors. I've copied some text from the [[Home]] here initially, but we should add some specifics about what is and what is not in the scope of Creole. I think that this will allow to avoid a lot of misunderstandings.

There are several points that may or may not be in the scope of Creole. I will post them here **for discussion**, with some initial ordering. This is how I see it, and I expect it to be changed to match  the opinion of the people involved in creating this specification. 

I know that this is a potentially flame-war and troll-bait topic. That's why I want it to have discussed and resolved, and never go back to it again ;)
