Only two elements are required in an intra page link, a fairly ordinary href {{{ [link|#ref] = <a href="#ref">link</a>}}}

And a id tag {{{ <a name="news"> }}}

Wikipedia I think gives all headings an id tag equal to their name by default, which I presume creole will adopt.

If all heading levels have id tags I don't think there is any need for for more??
