I still need some reflection before being totally convinced by multiline headings, unlike
list items and indented paragraphs. Wouldn't you like to at least consider the final {{{=}}}
as the heading end marker? I.e.
{{{
=heading=
paragraph
}}}
would be handled like
{{{
=heading

paragraph
}}}
