Hello, this morning when I woke up I wasn't so happy. The day before went really ugly with my fiancè, and I begin to think, or better, be sure that he's obsessed by my weight. Well, I must admit, I gained a couple pounds in the last few weeks, but it was a really a retsless period, the new work, the school, the new house, and no time for fun, so the only moment I got some pleasure was when I sat to eat. I decided to be aware, maybe buy an <a href=http://www.ezfast.info/low-fat-menu-plan-for-diet-01-01.html>low fat menu plan for diet</a> ,and start a diet. I am feeling that is the best period for me to stop to smoke. I wanna stop with this bad habit of mine too indeed. Perhaps some of you know a good soluction to this problem. I am convinced to quit.
