Hi! I'm interested in making wikis accessible to a wider number of people; the "grandmother test" :-) (thanks Silvan for this cool expression). Maybe a simple Creole Wiki markup could lower the barrier for readers who want to make a few simple edits and new articles.

I co-administer the Open Guide to Milton Keynes, part of the Open Guides family and we'd love to see our community guide have a wide range of authors and editors, not just university grad students. Me and my co-admin Tom had been thinking about looking into WYSIWYG editors, but maybe Creole is the way forward...
